Behind the Whisk

Made with heart. Served with a little magic.

It started with a little flour, a wooden spoon, and my grandmother.

I started baking with my grandmother, Pam, when I was just five years old. Some of my favorite memories were made in her kitchen — surrounded by the smell of something baking, homemade meals, and the kind of love that made you feel at home the moment you walked through the door.

She had a way of making ordinary moments feel special. She loved loudly, cooked with her whole heart, and never needed a fancy recipe or perfect kitchen to make something memorable.

When she passed away in 2021, I knew I wanted to carry a little piece of that kitchen with me.

What began as a love for baking and homemade goods eventually became Mystic Maple Farms, and over time, it grew into something much bigger than I ever imagined. Today, that journey has evolved into Wicked Whisk — a name that feels a little more like me and a little more like the things I love.

Wicked Whisk is a little bit bakery, a little bit apothecary, a little bit creative chaos, and a whole lot of heart.

I want to make you a promise.

Not a fancy corporate promise. Not something written because it sounds good on a website.

A real promise — from me, Cheyenne, to you.

When you bring something home from The Wicked Whisk, I want you to feel good about what you’re bringing into your home and sharing with the people you love.

I promise to always put integrity before profit.

If I wouldn't feel comfortable using it in my own home or giving it to my own family, I don't want to sell it to yours.

I promise to be honest about what is in our products, how they're made, and what you can expect from them. I won't hide behind fancy wording or make claims just to make a sale.

I promise to make decisions based on my morals, even when taking the easier or cheaper route would make more sense financially.

And above all, I promise to be intentional about the ingredients and materials we use. Our goal is to keep our products as free from unnecessary chemicals, harsh additives, and questionable ingredients as possible, because I believe you deserve to know what you're bringing into your home.

I can't promise that every product will be perfect for every person — and I will never pretend otherwise. But I can promise that I will always care about what I'm making, I will keep learning, and I will never stop asking, “Would I want this for my own family?”

Because this business isn't just a logo or a storefront.

It's my name.

It's my family.

It's the thing I've poured my heart into building.

And when you shop with me, you're trusting me.

I don't take that lightly.
